Make use of Amazon Prime reading. With this, you can borrow 10 books at a given time, provided you're Prime member. Note: Prime Reading doesn't provide all the books. But it's good enough to be read.

No, there does not seem to be a way to only look for books in the Kindle Owners' Lending Library (prime). I tried several searches and different ways of looking, no options is found. Note: that I don't have Amazon Prime, so this feature may be hidden from non-member, but that would be a poor marketing choice that Amazon would be unlikely to make.
