DRM software out there is pretty expensive, like Adobe's DRM solutions. Even resellers of their service are a little expensive for a smaller business. This is the best price I could find.

I'm currently trying to find an e-commerce solution for a network of schools in the Middle East. These schools need their books converted to PDF or EPUB (preferably EPUB, and in Arabic), and they need to be able to access them as a rental and they can't print it or pirate it.

I know there is software out there that can do this for PDFs, but I wonder if it's possible to have a simple cloud solution that can host all the PDFs or EPUBs I generate (with publishers permission of course), track who has downloaded what file, and simply delete their file whenever I want from the cloud interface, or desktop interface.

Is there something like that possible? Our need is small. We need only around 70-80 books to start and around 450 students and faculty need access.
